Surrender
We don’t talk about surrendering to God anymore. We talk about 15 steps to be a better you, 10 steps to your best life and 5 steps to be a better leader. We spend all of our time building up what God called us to crucify. ~OC
Choose Wisely
During this crazy beautiful journey called life, we will be forced to choose between walking with certain loved ones/friends or walking with Jesus. My prayer is we always recognize when we’re being asked to make that choice, that we choose wisely every single time. ~OC
Face of God
When I stand at the foot of the ocean and look in awe. Maybe I’m looking at the face of God.
When I see the beauty of a sunrise on a summer morning. Maybe I’m looking at the face of God.
When I try to count all the stars in the sky. Maybe I’m looking at the face of God.
When I see people worshiping and praising with their arms stretched up to heaven. Maybe I’m looking at the face of God.
When I see my bride smiling back at me. Maybe I’m looking at the face of God.
When I am lifting praises and prayers up to God, maybe I am looking at the face of God. And He’s smiling back at me. ~OC
Promises
Today’s a new day! Do not allow the noise of your past to drown out the peace of your presence and the promises of your future. ~OC
In The Well
Today’s a new day! What’s buried deep down in the well, will come up in the bucket.
Translation: What is buried deep in our hearts, will eventually come out in our words and actions. So do not sleep on anger, grudges, or judgment against anyone. Do not let it take root. Deal with it in the light.
But don’t let the passion of your emotions lead you to sin! Don’t let anger control you or be fuel for revenge, not for even a day. Ephesians 4:26
