Walk In Your Miracle

Today’s a new day! On my Facebook memory today, it shared my bride and I were in Seattle on June 14,2019. We were going on a cruise to Alaska in celebration of our 20th Anniversary. What my medical team shared would be our last anniversary (our anniversary is actually in September) and probably my last trip ever. I was dying.

After almost 18 years of battling multiple life threatening health issues, my body was shutting down. I weighed 112 pounds, could not eat and could barely speak. I was living off a feeding tube. I was a dead man walking. But Laura and I were not thinking about death. We were too busy living life and making memories. We were living with Hope. Still believing in a Crazy Beautiful Miracle. Several months later, I would experience that crazy beautiful miracle under a tent. I would not experience death as most of my medical team predicted. No, Jesus had other plans. Plans for me to live and share the story he gave me. To Thrive.

Today you might be facing a storm. Maybe even death. But I want to encourage you to live with Hope and Believe our wonderful Savior might just have a crazy beautiful miracle for you. So walk in your Miracle today. ~OC

Transformation

Today’s a new day! What if the storm you are currently facing, is going to be the very thing that God uses to transform you? ~OC

Let Love Flow

Today’s a new day! I pray the following words will encourage you today.

When anger boils inside you, let love flow out.

When hate squeezes your heart, let love flow out.

When bitterness grips your life, let love flow out.

When faced with disappointment, let love flow out.

When an unkind word is on your lips, let love flow out.

When the world mistreats you, let love flow out.

When your overwhelmed and frustrated, let love flow out.

In every situation, remember to Choose Love. It’s all about love. Let it flow out. ~OC

Lead Us Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit in us should not only encourage us, but It should compel us to be more committed to Jesus and our communities.

Christians who are willing to sacrifice all for Jesus realize community/fellowship is a necessity for all and not a luxury for a few.

We cannot have truly connected communities if we are unwilling to forsake everything for Jesus. Are we ready to make that commitment?

Are we truly willing to reach out to others in time of need? Even when it’s not comfortable. When it forces us out of our neatly constructed lives.

Let’s allow the Holy Spirit to draw us into a place of total surrender to our Savior. A place of surrender, that produces a greater love for Him and a greater need to truly embrace community. To truly serve others. To truly be the Church. ~OC
