This week I have really been drawn to worship music. My heart has been heavy with so many family and friends hurting. I want to help each of them. I know I cannot be with each of them, but I can pray for them. Prayer has played a major role in my life. I truly believe I would not be here today, if not for the prayers of many. Prayer has never been a second option for me. Prayer has always been my first option. Today I lift up all who are dealing with health issues, mental health issues, relationship issues, addiction issues, financial issues, employment issues, & housing issues. I pray for those who don’t feel good enough. You are! I pray for those who feel alone. Your not! I pray for those who feel defeated. Your not! I pray for those who feel like giving up. Please don’t! If you ever need to talk, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am here to listen. I pray your day is filled with beautiful moments. You are loved. ~OC
Champion

Words
Our words are powerful. Make no mistake. They can inspire and elevate or they can cut down and destroy. A seemingly simple comment, without consideration, can devastate and once it’s out there you can never get it back. ~OC
A Choice
I make the choice each morning to have a positive outlook. Sometimes I have to make that choice multiple times during the day. ~OC
Days
I never take a good day for granted. Those days are a blessing. I never get too discouraged about a bad day. Those days are a chance for growth. ~OC
The American Nightmare
I have seen a lot of post and comments about New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft being arrested for soliciting prostitution. What disturbs me, are the post and comments that condone his behavior. The old “Boys Will Be Boys Attitude.” What Mr. Kraft and the other men did is a crime. There are no excuses for his or the other men’s behavior.
I have spent the last 12 years of my life fighting human trafficking. A lot of Massage Parlors are fronts for human trafficking. Most of the women working at these places did not choose this career path. They were promised legitimate jobs when they came to America. They were hoping to make a better life for themselves and their families. Instead their passports were stolen from them and they are forced to service multiple men a day. Some may call it prostitution. I call it rape. The American Dream became the American Nightmare for these victims. So before you decide to make excuses for Mr. Kraft and the other men, think about the stolen dreams of each of the victims. ~OC
God’s Promise
God has promised to look after me…. to bring help. God, who defends me, who is far greater in strength than my health issues or anything else life throws at me. God, who spoke and whose words caused the universe to be. His words are true and unfailing. If He promises something, He will deliver. ~OC
Sphere of Influence
My sphere of influence is being a Abolitionist, Missionary, Speaker & a Social Media Guy. God has blessed me with the opportunity to make a difference in each of those areas. When my crazy beautiful health journey started, I never could have imagined how God would use a perceived negative to accomplish so much. I definitely cannot take any credit for all God has done the last 17 years. All I did was make the decision to be obedient and let God do the rest. This journey has not been easy, but the opportunities it has brought my way have been amazing. Where is your sphere of influence? When you find that answer, your life will never be the same. ~OC
Stop Worrying
Accomplish what you can today. Stop worrying about what you didn’t accomplish yesterday or what you hope to accomplish tomorrow. ~OC
