Welcome! My name is Todd Shoemaker. Everyone calls me OC, which is short for Overcomer. For 17.5 years, I battled several life threatening health issues. On multiple occasions, my wife was told I would probably not make it through the night. Our faith helped us walk through this crazy beautiful journey. We never gave up hope. Then on November 3, 2019, I experienced a miracle. My life will never be the same, as I walk through this new chapter of my crazy beautiful journey. ~OC

The Blessed Overcomer 
We are all the same in God’s eyes. We look the same to Him. He doesn’t see color, He sees character. I was amazed recently when a fellow Churchgoer said they didn’t think Pastor should talk about race or inequality at Church. She went on to say she and her Husband were leaving our Church, implying they would go to a Church where it was not talked about! How can that be Godly? You can’t play Church Lady and say it doesn’t matter to God. I am praying about how to respond in love to her regarding this.
